Founding Teacher
Kerem Bereketoğlu received his BA in English Language Teaching from Akdeniz University and his MA in Psychology from Toros University.
In 2012, she started her academic career as a lecturer and has taught Academic English, General English and English for Specific Purposes (ESP) courses at universities for more than ten years. In this process, he has trained many students for international and national exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, PTE and YDS; he has personally designed the curricula of these exams and ensured that the programs have a result-oriented structure based on scientific foundations.
In addition to her academic work, she has been the Founder and Academic Coordinator at US Boston Language Schools in Adana since 2015, where she brought over 10 years of management and curriculum development experience to the establishment of Target English Academy. Currently, she ensures that all academic processes - teacher selection, content design, training programs, quality standards and teacher development processes - are carried out under her direct management and supervision at both US Boston Language Schools and Target English Academy.
It has built its educational approach on a vision that combines academic knowledge with technology and artificial intelligence-supported learning methods. Accordingly, it aims for students to see English not only as a language but also as a tool for professional advancement and intellectual development.
Kerem Bereketoğlu has worked on foreign language teaching with a distinguished academic staff at the University of Oregon, American English Department and has completed certification programs of many prestigious institutions including TESOL International Association.
In addition to his academic identity, he is a versatile artist and writer. He has published more than 20 translation books, 4 poetry books, 1 prose book and music albums on various digital platforms. His music and literature studies enrich his holistic approach to language teaching.
In addition to English and Turkish, he is able to communicate in Czech, German and Arabic; his knowledge of Spanish is basic.
Today, under the umbrella of Target English Academy, he continues to lead individuals on their English language learning and professional development journeys by combining academic knowledge, pedagogical experience and technology-based innovation.
