1. Purpose and Scope

This refund policy has been prepared to determine the rules to be applied in the event that students ("USER") who have registered for English language education services offered online by Target English Academy ("CORPORATION") cancel the service or request deregistration.

2. Return Conditions

2.1 Before the Lesson Starts

If the USER requests cancellation of registration before the start of the training, the full amount of the paid training fee will be refunded. In the refund process, bank charges and payment system commission fees, if any, are deducted and the remaining amount is refunded.

2.2 After the Lesson Starts

• USER, within the first 2 class hours may request cancellation of registration without any justification. In this case, even if they have participated in the training, only the material fees (books, documents, etc.) will be collected and the remaining fee will be refunded.
• Refund for registration cancellations after the first 2 class hours not done. The USER agrees to pay the full price of the package he/she has registered.

2.3 Private Lessons

In private lessons, the lesson time at least 24 hours ago cancellations are valid. For cancellations made under this period, the relevant course is deemed to have been completed and no refund will be made.

3. Campaign Registrations and Gift Packages

Gift contents (additional courses, resources, private consultancy, etc.) provided within the scope of the campaigns are not included in the fee refund in case of registration cancellation. Such content is not transferable and cannot be evaluated at a separate price.

4. Registration Freeze and Transfer

• If the USER has purchased more than one course and wants to take a break before the new course starts, registration freeze can use his/her right. The registration suspension is valid for a maximum of 6 months.
• The USER who does not continue the training but freezes the registration cannot request a refund during this period.
• If the USER has not started the training and has made all payments, he/she may transfer his/her right to another person. one time only may transfer. The transfer is subject to the approval of the CORPORATION.

5. Return Method

• For payments made by credit card, refund transactions are reflected on the same card as "cancel or refund".
• For payments made by wire transfer/EFT, the refund will be made only on behalf of the person invoiced.
